Materials: scrap material
black yarn (mouth)
orange felt (nose)
2 googly eyes (small)
bell or pom pom

Rnd 1: ch 2, 6 sc in 2nd ch from hook; do not join rows, mark begining stitch with safety pin or contrasting yarn.
Rnd 2: (2 sc in each st) around
Rnd 3: (1 sc in next st, 2 sc in next st) around
Rnd 4: (1 sc in next 2 st, 2 sc in next st) around
Rnd 5: (1 sc in next 3 st, 2 sc in next st) around tie off

Put the circles together and sc around, leaving a small opening and stuff with polyfiberfill; finish sc around & and tie off.

Make hat; blanket stitch to head with the 'tied off' ends under the hat. Fold hat over the front and make one more stitch to match the blanket stitch.

Make nose and glue to face; glue eyes, sew mouth and sew pom pom on tip of hat. Tie a piece of thin gold cord to top of hat (make sure it hangs right.)
